The short version — Omniprism's free assessment has no conditions beyond common sense. Paid products (the Specialist Briefing) are digital reports delivered immediately; refunds are available within 48 hours if the report was not accessed or if there was a verified technical failure.
Omniprism is an independent project by Valerio Cozzi. It is an educational neurodivergence self-assessment tool, available at omniprism.app. The free assessment is and will remain free. Additional paid products may be offered alongside it.
Omniprism is an educational tool. It is not a medical device, a clinical instrument, or a substitute for professional assessment. Nothing produced by Omniprism constitutes a diagnosis of any kind. Users are encouraged to bring their results to a qualified clinician for proper evaluation.

The adult self-assessment is designed for users 18 years of age or older. Pediatric editions (ages 7–10 and 11–13) are designed to be completed by a parent or guardian on behalf of a child. Use of any edition by or on behalf of a minor implies parental or guardian consent.
Omniprism currently offers one paid product: the Specialist Briefing. It is a structured clinical document generated from the data you provide during your assessment, designed to be shared with a specialist such as a psychiatrist, psychologist, or neuropsychologist.
Because the Specialist Briefing is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) does not apply once the content has been accessed, provided you gave explicit consent to immediate delivery at the time of purchase — which is confirmed during the checkout flow.
Notwithstanding the above, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:

The Specialist Briefing is generated from your own assessment responses. The document is yours to use as you see fit — share it with your clinician, keep it for your records, print it. You may not resell it or represent it as a third-party clinical evaluation.
The Omniprism platform, its design, scoring logic, and content are the intellectual property of Valerio Cozzi. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without explicit written permission.
Omniprism is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any decisions made on the basis of Omniprism results, including medical, personal, or professional decisions.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a paid product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Omniprism after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable EU law.
